The HLB (Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance) SPE Cartridges are produced using a sorbent with special copolymerization technique, containing a specific ratio of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups. The hydrophobic divinylbenzene structure retains non-polar compounds, while the hydrophilic N-vinylpyrrolidone structure retains polar compounds. This sorbent has excellent water wettability and can adjust the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance through the aqueous phase to achieve ideal selectivity. HLB SPE Cartridges have good recovery rates for acidic, neutral, and basic compounds from non-polar to moderately polar substances, making it particularly suitable for processing complex matrices such as blood, urine, and food.
