Copure® 96 Well Protein Phospholipid Removal (PPRP) Plate

Copure® 96 Well Protein Phospholipid Removal (PPRP) Plate uses a new drip-free technology filter membrane to achieve protein precipitation in the wells and combines with the specially developed new adsorbent lipoclean® in the wells to simultaneously remove proteins and phospholipids in the sample. Therefore, the purification effect for lipidic samples and data of target have been improved greatly. Also, the maintenance of instrument system could be minimized.

Comparing the intensity of phospholipids of Figure A and B, the biological samples were treated by Copure® 96 Well PPRP Plate was reduced by nearly 2 orders of magnitude. The effect of removing phospholipids was very significant.
