APPLICATION	For the enrichment of Listeria.
PRINCIPLE	Nalidixic acid is mainly effective against gram negative bacteria, and has antibacterial and bactericidal effects on Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Salmonella typhi and Proteus, etc. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial deoxyribonucleotides.
STORAGE	Store at 2-8℃.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 1 year.
