APPLICATION | Used for selective and differential isolation of Staphylococci aureus. | |
PREPARATION | 1. Suspend 111.0 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. | |
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense into conical flasks, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. Cooled to about 50℃, pour into the plate. | ||
