PREPARATION | 1. Suspend 51.0 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. | |
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. Wait until it cools to about 50℃, pour into a sterile plate, and set aside after solidification. | ||
