DESCRIPTION	Tryptic Soy Broth with 0.6% Yeast Extract
APPLICATION	Widely used in bacterial culture, especially for the enrichment of Listeria in food.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 36.0 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min.

	3.After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121°C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
