APPLICATION	Used for the rapid Isolation and detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7.
PREPARATION	1.Suspend 37.3 g in 1 L of purified water. 2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Cool to 45-50 °C. 3.Pour medium into Petri dishes.

STORAGE	Store in a dark place at room temperature before use.

PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use. 2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy. 3. After use, all contaminated materials must be sterilized or disposed by appropriate procedures.
