| APPLICATION |
Used for the selective isolation and preliminary identification of Shigella. |
| PREPARATION |
1. Suspend 52.1g in 970 mL of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder, then allow to cool to approximately 50°C. Do not overheat or autoclave. |
