DESCRIPTION	Bacillus cereus Chromogenic Agar
APPLICATION	Used for the isolation and detection of Bacillus cereus.
PREPARATION	1. Dissolve 33.3 g of the dry powder in 930 mL deionized or distilled water.
	2. Stir and heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
	3. Cool to approximately 50°C, then aseptically add 70 mL of supplement (vortex or shake thoroughly before use). Mix well and pour into plates.
