DESCRIPTION Cronobacter Chromogenic Agar 
APPLICATION For the the rapid identification and enumeration of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formula and other foods.
PREPARATION 1. Weigh 43.1 g and add 1000 mL of distilled water or deionized water, stir, heat and boil until completely dissolved, sterilize at 121°C for 15 min.
2. Cool to about 50°C, pour into a sterilized plate in a sterile environment, wait for solidification, and set aside.
