APPLICATION	Used for detection of coliform bacteria at 35℃ and of Escherichia coli at an elevated temperature(44.5 or 45℃).
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 37.0 g in 1 L of purified water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.
	2. Dispense into test tubes with small glass tubes, 8 ml per tube, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.

STORAGE	Store in a dry place away from light, tighten the cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be sterilized or disposed by appropriate procedures.
