DESCRIPTION	Egg Yolk Tellurite Enrichment Solution, add each vial to 95mL of Baird-Parker Agar Base before use.
APPLICATION	For selective isolation and culture of Staphylococcus aureus.
PRINCIPLE	Potassium tellurite can inhibit most gram negative bacteria, while Escherichia coli O157, Proteus, and Vibrio cholerae have strong tolerance to it. Among gram positive bacteria, Staphylococcus and Corynebacterium diphtheriae have strong tolerance to it, and other gram positive bacteria are inhibited to varying degrees.
STORAGE	Store at 2-8℃.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 1 year.
