APPLICATION Used for detection or confirmation of presence of members of the coli-aerogenes group.
PREPARATION 1. Suspend 40.0 g in 1 L of distilled water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. 
2. Dispense into tubes containing inverted Durham tubes. Autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.
