DESCRIPTION	Trypticase Soy Sheep Blood Agar(TSSB)
APPLICATION	Used for the enumeration and selective cultivation of Bacillus cereus.
PREPARATION	1. Weigh 45.0 g of the product, heat and stir to dissolve in 1000 mL of distilled water.
	2. Dispense 100 mL into each flask, then autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
	3. Cool to 45–50°C, aseptically add 5–10 mL of sterile defibrinated sheep blood, mix thoroughly, and pour into plates (18–20 mL per plate).

STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, and tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be sterilized or disposed by appropriate procedures.
