| APPLICATION |
Used for the enrichment of enteric bacteria. |
| PREPARATION |
1. Weigh 45 g of the medium and add 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Stir and heat until boiling to ensure complete dissolution. |
| 2. Dispense the solution into Erlenmeyer flasks, 30 mL per flask. Autoclave at 115°C for 20 minutes. Allow the medium to cool to room temperature before use. |
