| APPLICATION |
Used for selective isolation of pathogenic Vibrio. |
| PREPARATION |
1. Weigh 89 g of the medium. |
| 2. Dissolve in 1000 ml of distilled water by boiling. |
| 3. Cool to 45–50°C, and pour into sterile Petri dishes. Note: No autoclaving is required. |
