APPLICATION | Used for biochemical identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. | |
PREPARATION | 1. Weigh 89.5 g of the medium and dissolve in 1 L of distilled water. Heat while stirring until fully dissolved. | |
2. Dispense into test tubes (fill generously) and sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes. | ||
3. Cool and solidify as deep agar slants for storage. | ||
