| APPLICATION |
Used for selective isolation and enumeration of yeast, and fungi from environmental samples and food. |
| PREPARATION |
1. Suspend 36.6 g in 1000 mL of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Sub pack it into triangular bottles, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. |
