| APPLICATION |
For the selective isolation of Salmonella and Shigella. |
| PREPARATION |
1. Suspend 58.5 g in 1 L of purified water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. No need to autoclave.
3. The prepared culture medium should be used on the same day or stored in a refrigerator and used within 18 hours. |
