| APPLICATION |
For the cultivation of fastidious microorganisms and to define hemolytic reactions |
| PREPARATION |
1. Suspend 33.0 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve. Distribute into flasks. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
3. Cool to 45-50℃ and add 5%-10% sterile defibrinated sheep blood. Mix well. |
