APPLICATION	For selective separation and culture of Salmonella and Shigella.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 63.53 g in 1 L of distilled water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.
	2.No need to autoclave, cool to 45-50℃ and pour into flat plate.
