| APPLICATION |
For the selective separation and culture of Staphylococcus aureus in medicines. |
| PREPARATION |
1. Weigh 111.0 g and add 1 L of distilled water or deionized water, stir, heat and boil until completely dissolved.
2. Dispense into Erlenmeyer bottles, sterilize at 121℃ for 15 min, cool to about 50℃ and pour into a plate. |
